reservation for 5 a noon with 30 degree, the reception is warm and the quick installation. A fresh sangria as an aperitif and the order is already taken. Serano dish served in rag accompanied by a deliciously spicy tomato toast, a gourmet dish and pans stuffed with pans delighted our taste buds. The suite is just as good with a big fake net garnished, a whole duck magret cooked perfectly and a surprising piquillo lomo. desserts like other homemade and fresh dishes, nothing to say ( Norman pie, cowrin and ice cream)
We came to eat in love, excellent reception and quick order we took a hot camembert salad for two, quick service, a real treat and a copyy plate! Then we both took a grilled spine, a forest sauce and the other Roquefort sauce there was nothing left in the plate all served with potatoes back in duck grease and a small portion of salad with a nice tomato sauce! an address not to be missed if you pass by lannemezan!
We arrived at 8:30 when we booked. No ordering before 21h45 and once the order takes a new 30 minute wait... Tribute because the magret was very well cooked with good accompaniment.
