Ok we are a little out of season...but it is virtually June. I took my family this tuesday, we were excited as we had read good things about La Boheme, we too were the only ones in, we arrived around 8-8.30pm. Not a great sign, but we stayed...no wine list, house wine only....no coke, only zero..ordered the lamb, was asked to reconsider because it takes 40 minutes, so I changed my order then we waited 45 mins anyway. It was like a ghost restaurant....which is such a shame, because it looks great inside. When the food came, it looked stunning, thank heavens....alas the final straw was the salt baked bream...yes there should be a texture and hint of salt due to the baking...but to have rock sa...
La Boheme sits on top of a mountain with spectacular views! Any visitor to Monte Pego or surrounding towns and villages should visit La Boheme. The food here is excellent! I have dined here as part of a large group and also just with one other person each time the meal has been of top quality. We will definitely be back when we are in the area again and look forward to another wonderful meal! I've also heard their New Years eve parties are really good value and great fun!
Went with parents six of us and we were inside there was a party of four people in there. We got a menu and drink after about 20 minutes we ordered our food and waited over a hour for that, after another hour we were still waiting for our main course so as we had waited that long we paid the bill for what we had then went over to the bar for something to eat. So if you would like to spend a night doing nothing and wait for food go there for us never again.
This amazing restaurant was closed at the end of May 2015. The chef Christian and waitress Carmen are now working in the bar. There is a very good but simple menu in the bar. When we spoke to Carmen she was not very forthcoming and she gave the impression it was unlikely La Boheme would open again. I hope the management are able to find a way of opening it again is it is such a waste of the talents of the two people who ran it.

Situated high on top of Monte Pego this restaurant serves constant quality Which is not easy to maintain all these years. The service is always more than friendly she is from romania) and the cook always surprises us with his style of preparing food In summertime you can also sit outside . Highly recommended..
The food here is consistently better than amazing....try the prawns for staters!!! Carman is above amazing, a hostess with such cool, knowledgeable style! Amazing food, amazing location and above all else amazing service! Thank you Carmen x
Me and my family always eat when staying at Monte Pego. Its perfect everytime we go and the whole family love it. The service is superb and is always welcoming. Can't wait to eat their again.
This restuarant is closed untill end of June?2015 we arrived to have dinner and was told the resuarant was not open,and the food was being served in the Bella Vista which is the Bar area.

We had a fab time eating here while visiting this place, recommend to anyone who appreciates great food, service superb and really enjoyed the evening. Will defiantly visit again.
Top food and very nice service. Have been here several times and it is always a top experience. Very fair prices and a relaxed atmosphere. The best restaurant in Monte Pego.
