I absolutely never write reviews for restaurants or my travel experiences. I just feel compelled to share our experience at La Bouillabaisse. It was out first full day in St Tropez, staying at boutique hotel Villa Cosy. They recommended that we spend the day at the beach and then made us dinner reservations for later in the evening. We has a large double lounge on the beach, perfectly positioned. The wait staff immediately presented us with ice buckets and water, two umbrellas to keep us in the shade, and served us the most delicious lunch. Extremely attentive. Diner en famille pour la première à la bouillabaisse. Nous avons entendu beaucoup de bien de ce restaurant, pour nous le choix était évident. De plus la carte sur le site internet nous a mis l'eau à la bouche, surtout pour les pâtes à la Vongole.Une fois arrivées au restaurant, beaucoup de vent ce jour là, nous avions prévu de manger les pieds dans le sable, les serveurs nous avaient prévu une table sous la terrasse couverte. Trop de vent nous avons décidé de rentrer à l'intérieur.La carte ? Et bien drôle de surprise, ce n'était plus la même que nous avons vu sur internet. Evitez de nous vendre du rêve sur votre site alors que dans votre restaurant vous précisez bien qu'il y a une carte midi...
Nous avions réservé pour 7 plus 2 poussettes qu' il a fallu caser et sur ce plan le personnel à été au top. La table ronde est parfaite pour discuter et très conviviale. Une vue splendide et un cadre enchanteur. Mais venons en au principal et à ce qui suscite quelques critiques : L'accueil : rien à dire d'autre que parfait, du parking à la table en passant par le service. Sourire aux lèvres et attention bien dosée, prise de commande rapide et efficace. Mojitos excellents pour l'apéro. La cuisine : pavés de thon à point, gambas à la plancha ( dommage il n'y en a que 2!) accompagnées de riz et ratatouille qui ont été très appréciées et cotriade relevée mais excellente. Great location on the beach, well decorated and apppointed. Clean and initially welcoming. We have been on a few occasions. and always been impressed. The food came rather too quickly and at the same time as the wine so we felt a little rushed- no biggie though. The waiter (Alexandre) was sadly absent all meal (no wine topping up, etc) and it was hard to catch his eye. When I went to find him he was abrasive, rude and dismissive. Other than the individual. I would recommend the restaurant and location.

On the beach in st trop , service sharp and friendly , setting on the beach perfect , Food excellent , fish soup , great , daurade same . Recommended for an enjoyable lunch with quality food , in a classic setting . The guy who seems to be in charge does not stop , he is an example to others in how to run A restaurant and engage with customers we returned three times.
Nous sommes arrivés à 14:45, nous avons été pris et installés vu sur mer. Nous avons pris une entrée et un plat ( raviole de homard et loup grillé) avec une sauce délicieuse. Un bonheur gustatif avec un bon vin blanc. Le personnel accueillant. Un joli cadre avec musique agréable. Je vous le conseille.Merci à l'équipe.
Abbiamo pranzato e cenato in questo magnifico ristorante con una vista stupenda soprattutto di sera, vedere tramontare il sole al Saint Tropez e' stato il massimo , cena buonissima con pesce fresco, personale molto gentile. Ci ritorneremo senz'altro.. Consiglio davvero di provare..Mary Severo
The beach is really nice. Clean and well located. Unfortunately, even there are 3 restaurants/cafes that serve lunch, they all stop kitchen service around 3pm, and there is absolutely no opportunity to get anything to eat anymore, which feels like a missed opportunity. Not even snacks.

Valet parking bij aankomst - zalig op het strand met voeten in het zand dineren.Vriendelijke bediening. Verse vis, homard, etc... tegen hoge prijs ! maar wel heel lekker.Je zit dan ook op het strand van Saint Tropez met prachtige zonsondergang.
