We were staying here and visited on our first night for dinner.Far too many staff stood around not doing their jobs!I had to ask twice for a wine list,eventually ordered a bottle from the sommelier who took another 15 mins to bring our bottle of Sancerre and not with a smile more like it was a burde!I didn’t have a drink for 55 minutes which wasn’t a great first impression,my husband finished his small beer after 5 mins and waited with me again infuriated at the poor inconsistent service.There was a huge group of 30 people in the room next to us and all I could hear was shouting to the point I couldn’t even hear the waiter explaining our tasting menu.Not a very relaxing experience and as one...

Wer sich auf eine vorzügliche kulinarische Reise durch die Provence begeben, und dabei die unglaublichsten Kombinationen aus lokalen Produkten kosten möchte, der sollte sich dieses Restaurant unbedingt besuchen! This matched one of our best meals ever. From the amuse bouche to the final dessert all seven courses and the extras where exceptional! We were surprised and stunned at every course and think the restaurant deserves a second star! Some of the stand outs were the honeycomb cooked trout, the squash with crispy courgette leaves, the essence of tomato … none of my descriptions come anywhere close to doing the different courses justice. We also went with the wine pairing which was excellent and the sommelier so informative and approachable. Amin our server was wonderful, describing each dish with enthusiasm and a smile. We had a dinner at Le Jardin de Berne while staying at the hotel for a couple of nights. The restaurant was very nice accepting to adapt the menu for a vegetarian and the food was really great we really enjoyed it. It was really one of the better gastronomic vegetarian menus I had since becoming a vegetarian. The dishes are quite copieux so keep it in mind while choosing your menu. The only issue was it was very very long. We had 5 courses menu and sometimes we were waiting like 30-40min between.
