This little gem of a tea house is hidden away at the back of the larger boutique on a charming little terrace overlooking the valleys leading down to Cagnes-sur-Mer. The woman running the tea house is friendly and helpful, and adjusts your order as required. My wife, for example, had fresh mint iced tea, while I stuck with the more commonplace Earl Grey. It is a beautiful and quiet place to relax with tea or coffee after the more hectic crowds of tourists in the adjacent St Paul de Vence itself. I suspect that 95% of the people who visit this site are not even aware of the little tea and coffee haven.
This charming, intimate terrace overlooking the Cagnes hills and valley is hidden behind the chain of boutiques by the parking lot just outside the entrance to St Paul de Vence. After you have worn yourself out wandering around St Paul looking into all the artists' galleries and other shops, as well as the Boutique de Lea, stop here to refresh yourself with a pot of one of the various teas on offer, or coffee, and enjoy the peaceful, secluded terrace and its lovely views. Real 'tea-house' service and reasonable prices.
Very medium. Apart from the view that is magnificent the rest is very medium... Camembert president in the oven or a duo of frozen fish. Anyway, I think there's better St. Paul.
