Very good times spent this week at the bovate. Special mentions for the fondue and vegge raclette where the cheese is delicious and the soufflé glacé with the genepi. Very nice traditional establishment we so feel very well. Good home cooking. Warm welcome. Beautiful terrace with heated stove for after skiing... delicious cocktails, reblochonnade and superb raclette...to be done absolutely.
