Wow, I can't believe I didn't stop by here sooner. The food is fantastic! I rated the atmosphere 4 out of 5 stars only because of a few issues with the air conditioning. Ludwig, who guided us outside and kindly explained the menu items that were available, provided such smooth service. His excellent attention made all the difference and was the main reason we decided to give this place a try. I'm so glad we did—the pupusas were delicious! I will definitely be coming back. Bravo, La Brasa! BRAVO!
We tried the guacamole, pupusas, carne asada, enchiladas, horchata, and passion fruit drink. We liked the food, it was well seasoned and fresh. The service was good too, the waiters were attentive and friendly. I didn’t enjoy the ambiance as much, the space is very dark, outdated m, and not well-maintained nor welcoming. It was also very hot in there, not sure if they had the A/C on. I would give it another try for take out only.
Been coming here for many years, by myself and with friends. The food has been consistently high quality. The service has always been great. The manager is there to ensure quick resolution to any thing that might come up. I hope they can continue despite a good deal of their customers coming from the large office complex nextdoor that has significantly reduced the in-office work days since COVID.
2nd time in this place, this time was just for a quick bite, tried to order ahead since we were with a tight schedule, unfortunately the person who answered the phone said they don't take orders ahead, not in a very polite way, anyways.at least the food was good and didn't take that long, the service...I'll say it's ok, could be more friendly though.

I often visit this restaurant when I'm at the office, but I recently discovered hair in my food. I'm really disappointed and won't be returning. From now on, I'll be preparing my meals at home.
