Nothing to complain about the products, but what a catastrophic organization: 10 customers, 1 person to serve and the coffees to make in the other room, and the paninis to reheat as well as the collection. Two stars only for the kindness of the service personnel. Two paninis ordered and they manage to get the directions wrong between the two. Subsequently two waffles... thawed without specifying.
