Dans un environnement pas vraiment folichon (bord de route près d'une zone d'activité), ce restaurant porte en fait au moins 3 noms à la même adresse : "La cabane du Pêcheur", l'"Alchimie" et l"Albizia". La façade porte le nom de L'Alchimie (en ce moment ?)... On se demande pourquoi ! On ne comprend pas grand chose, chaque enseigne proposant apparemment des menus différents... ou communs... et très chers : de 32,00 à 85,00 euros sur les sites mais pas nécessairement sur place où les prix affichés fluctuent selon les jours.... En réalité, les prix peuvent être divisés par deux (de 85 à 45 euros) sans qu'on en comprenne vraiment le mécanisme. Ce qui est certain, c'est que l'achat par l'intermé...
