professional service and very pleasant, perfect timing between dishes, listening staff. the sommelier is very professional and very good advice. the chef perfectly combines his Asian origins with French nots mets. We enjoyed the view of the kitchens. We were a little disappointed by the frame, between the raw concrete room and the view on the outside overlooking a building on one side and a directional panel on the other. Would it not be more wise to close the curtains to keep a more cocooning atmosphere!? Anyway, this is always a memorable moment with a warm welcome.
Lucky! and nice discovery. Last minute call for the evening, we got the last table. The telephone reception is very pleasant and complete, we are informed that we will eat in a small room upstairs in the spirit of winemaker menu unique to 85€ in 6 dishes, with surprises in the plate. The waiter is shaking us, listening and enjoyable. we learn at the end of the meal that it is only alternately: we look undue, its career is promising! Thank you for this good time and the feast of our taste buds!
for having made a tour of starred restaurants during my holidays, I admit I was disappointed by this one. the decoration is more than summary (cement plates on the wall, final point and windows would need to be cleaned. for the service: minimum vital, the smile being only optional. in the plate, good but without getting swept. a positive point, I was able to change one of the dishes on the unique menu that is proposed. brief: disappointed. ..
discovering this little "hidden" gem in Valencia. A just sublime kitchen and a sober and simple reception room that makes its effect. We eat first with the eyes and on this side we didn’t lose a miette.Only flat that made us smile: my spouse and I didn’t have the same “pestance” as the people behind us and we felt it at the time of service when the waitress didn’t come in the same way but also the fact that they had been very good to me.

concerning the traill tray; It is a true gastronomic experience with a map, a service and a high performance, but a moderate price however for noon. the only couac is the lack of availability of parking places nearby; It is a real problem in the neighborhood that is also not reassuring and that would probably scare Madame if we had come in the evening.

Une très bonne table, beaucoup de recherches dans les présentations qui sont magnifiques, les saveurs sont incroyables, les vins (accords et mets) sont inhabituels et surprenants. Service soigné, même s'il y a eu quelques erreurs. Je recommande sans aucun problème.
