Then I chose L'andouilette XL and fried. What to say, L'andouilette is long but cut in half in the direction of length. It is served warm, little taste, damage. For example in entry, sublime crispy pig feet on perfectly seasoned salad bed, and langoustines with exquisite carcass broth. The roasting of the day was very tender veal.
