I have been ordering from this place for years and years, it was always great value for money until lately everything has declined enormously, after two orders for a sandwich with only bacon and cheese, the last one without bacon (nothing at all, just cheese) I decide to give it a third chance and I called again asking them to please put only bacon and cheese in the sandwich, they put a slice or nothing, just cheese and what is my surprise when it arrives and they have added 1.60 to the order for extra bacon... I call and I tell them that it wasn't extra bacon, I told them to simply bring bacon, nothing more, and they tell me that you have to pay for the extras. I already know where I don't...
Llevo años y años pidiendo en este lugar,siempre fue calidad precio estupendo hasta que últimamente todo ha decaído enormemente, tras dos pedidos de bocadillo sólo bacon y queso, el último sin bacon nada de nada, sólo queso decido darle una tercera oportunidad y volver a llamar pidiéndole por favor que al bocadillo sólo bacon y queso le ponga bacon que le ponen una loncha o nada, sólo queso y cual es mi sorpresa cuándo llega y me han añadido al pedido 1,60 por extra de bacon.. llamo y les digo que no era extra de bacon que le especifiqué que simplemente llevara bacon vaya, nada más y me dice que los extras hay que pagarlos. Ya sé dónde no tengo que llamar más, 6,60 euros SOLO BACON Y QUESO
Cuando el repartidor os traiga la comida revisarla al momento antes de que se vaya, yo no vuelvo a pedir más es la tercera vez que se equivocan con los ingredientes cuando llamo para decírselo me dice que sí que perdona que me mandan otro bocadillo y le comento que las patatas ya vienen frías y blandas me dicen que otras no me pueden mandar que me las tienen que cobrar entonces me tengo que comer unas patatas ya frías sin bocadillo y esperar 15 min para que me traigan un bocadillo que me quiero comer con las patatas fritas en fin. No pido más.
