Uneducated, very unprofessional, the whole team is competing on who is acting worst. Really. Even the founder, an old man behaves with such bad manners towards customers in general. Nos hicieron mal la reserva y de las 3 habitaciones que teníamos, el último día pasaron a ser sólo una. Nos dijeron que tenían el hotel lleno y nos metieron a los de la otra habitación en otra con cama supletoria (malísima por cierto). Y otra cosa importante, el WiFi NO funciona. La ubicación del hotel está cerca de Cudillero, pero te tienes que mover en coche porque por allí no hay nada. Las habitaciones depende de la que te toque es mejor o peor, pero el baño no tiene el cristal bien y lo más probable es que acabes manchando todo de agua. Eso sí, comprad insecticida porque los mosquitos os acribillaran, yo me pasé la primera noche matando mosquitos porque era imposible dormir. Los desayuno...
the owners made us pay for a very bad room at the same price as the others in our friends who are suites instead. The room was on the ground floor, adjacent to the noisy bar, overlooking the parking lot, so it is impossible to open the window because everyone can look inside and the air conditioning was turned off from 9pm. The bathroom was for the disabled, so no glass for the shower etc. but above all to our complaints they said that they had no other rooms for a wedding. They didn't tell us anything even though we booked two months before and didn't want to hear any reason, they sent a waitress who didn't even speak English and refused to talk to customers. Do not reserve there!!!
Habitación amplia pero llena de suciedad, moho en la ducha, plaquetas del techo descolgadas, telarañas en la puerta de la habitación.... Para pasar una noche podría valer. Toallas muy desgastadas. Destacar el amplio aparcamiento y la zona de juegos infantil.

Buen hotel ,a muy buen precio con una buena ubicacion y buen alojamiento, el servicio del hotel muy bueno ,estaban pendientes de todo ,si acaso si deberian arreglar pequeños detalles de la habitación, pero por lo demas todo muy bien,repetiria sin duda.
NO ONE speaks english. All the food is covered in fat. The staff all looks like they are forced to be there and that they hate you with all their might. So do youself a favour and STAY AWAY FROM LUPA
Nos recomendó una vecina de Cudillero comer aquí ya q abajo estaba lleno y fue todo un acierto, la comida riquísima y el servicio súper atento y eso q llegamos a las 16.00 hora. Muchas gracias.
Comida muy rica y buena cantidad. Personal muy amable y atentos. Muy buen menú para ir también con niños. Muy recomendable.

Restaurante que fuimos por el parque para los niños y no fallamos. La comida y atencion perfecto, el parque es otro nivel.
