La Casona Del Yaiza

Terrible stay, booked the hotel and when we arrived was told the hotel facilities were all closed. Not even a vending facility!! No water in the room, no food no restaurant nothing, and they said it with a smile as they had already been paid from booking in advance and had a no cancelation policy. The hotel was very clean and rooms clean but very very hot no air con and just a small fan. It was a terrible night and had to beg a bottle of water from a guest.
