The lattice of alleys in Saint-Martin-Vésubie is already worth a visit. Do not hesitate to walk before or after the meal! saw the amazing hairdresser's house. The entrance to the restaurant announces the color, this establishment bears its name! to access the room or better to the terrace it is necessary to descend stairs, to cross a long corridor. So the frame is very nice. On dishes in addition to a good choice of pizzas (including a truite-based offer) the menu also offers salads, meat, fish, pasta. I chose the gnocchis to gorgonzola and I was not disappointed! In the end, an address I recommend if you are located in this very pretty valley of the Vesubie.
We had local trout that was excellent, good pizza and steak. Cream brulé and ice coffee ice cream also excellent. However, a minimum staff of only one waiter and cook for 20 people. Our 5 meals came out, some had finished dinner before... others were served. Had to ask for water and salad dressing several times. They would think they would rent extra hands in high season, but as a local person explains, c 'est La France.
