Nice place, very kind servers. A few times can be disappointed with the buffet. The sushi would have been better if the rice ratio wasn't as important to salmon... and it wasn't as cooked or pasty. The noodles jump, much too fine to my taste. Porks had a strange taste compared to those I usually eat. In short, disappointed. Too bad because the rest of the restaurant is good.
Good restaurant, Mr Thierry the chef and boss is very pleasant and respectful of his customers. We had a nice time and meal. Coming from Paris and accustomed to the restaurant at sea will I can tell you that here the kitchen and the staff deserve their 5 stars.
