My husband and I were driving through Normandy and randomly stopped at this restaurant for lunch. It was amazing!! After being in Paris for 10 days, I can honestly say this is the best meal we have had in France so far. We weren't planning on stopping for a four course meal but so glad we did. Cream of celery soup that was almost a soufflé, buratta with tomato and sorbet, sounds crazy but it was brilliant, white fish in a light cream sauce with risotto that was so tasty, assortment of cheeses, and an unbelievable chocolate hazelnut tart filled with a thin layer of carmel, along with strong and satisfying espresso.
