We called round and there was a notice on the door saying they were closed due to illness. We emailed and they emailed us back saying that the following week they could offer us a table so we left the beach 2 hours earlier than normal to get ready and walked 30 minutes from our hotel in the heat of late afternoon. The same sign was on the door saying it was closed which indeed it was. So instead of a special meal for our wedding anniversary we went back to our hotel. We have eaten at most of the restaurants in the Marina area nearby and didn't fancy them again as we had been looking forward so much to eating here. A wonderful experience. We went for dinner with the children. Top quality restaurant. Good price and haute cuisine. The kindness in the treatment and the excellent service make this restaurant a true jewel in Playa Blanca. we visited this restaurant tonight and enjoyed our meal very much. our only criticism would be the lack of love for detail at our arrival. we arrived at 8.20 a.m. for our reservation at 8.30 a.m. and at 9 a.m. we had not yet offered a drink or a menu. my man gave him 5 more minuets and he left when the waitress came with our menu. I'm glad we were on the service from then on, eating and wein were excellent. the restaurant is really different than the majority in playa blanca and I would recommend it if they only get this little attention to details right.

Definitely a restaurant with ambition! Delicious food which comes with a higher price tag but worth it. Baby pig, fillet steak, black Iberico pork, all superb. More formal than most. Slightly confusing bathrooms that high-end places seem to go for. Ideal date night special occasion venue. And delicious bread!
