I had a great experience at a restaurant that serves delicious tacos and carnitas (pork) burritos. They allow you to choose your type of meat for both tacos and burritos, and they also have a salsa bar available. The meat was well-seasoned but not overpowering, and it was very tender. The rice was firm and had the qualities of traditional Mexican rice, as described by some of my friends. It had a base of tomatoes with spices, and you could add more flavors if you wanted. The pinto beans had a nice flavor with a hint of salsa sauce. They offer a choice between corn or flour tortillas, which is a nice touch. Overall, a wonderful place to enjoy Mexican food!
The first time I ate here I got a Torta Milanesa and it was the best torta I've had in a very long time. The only bad thing about it was that it was small. Too small for my appetite anyways. There wasn't a lot of meat, and it wasn't very filling, but it was delicious. I didn't see that meat on the menu on my last visit so maybe they don't have it anymore? This time I ordered the Chile Verde burrito. It was a big burrito and also very good. They do serve great food and the staff are friendly. Always a good choice.
This is by far my favorite Mexican restaurant, located opposite St. George. Their street tacos are unbeatable. Recently, they started serving the latest sensation: quesabirria tacos, and they are the best I've ever had! They're absolutely delicious. This is the restaurant my wife craves the most during her pregnancy, and for good reason. I’ve never had anything I didn’t like here!
Holy!!! Burrito! This place was so good, I’m so glad we went here! We got the California burritos, it was so hot and fresh and just everything About it was delicious! The meat in it was juicy and their green sauce was good highly recommend if you’re in St George! I would drive back just to eat it. Wonderful Mexican street food. We had an assortment of items for dinner. The pork was the tastiest and the spicy chicken was good too. The meats were juicy and well seasoned. We didn't like the 4 salsas we tried, as they just weren't to our taste, but that didn't detract from the meal. Prices were very fair and the portions are generous.
I've been here a couple of times and usually put in a group order for 5+ people. Every time I have ordered here they take good care of us and have never messed any of my orders up. The food can take a few minutes to be ready, but as Everything is made fresh it does not bother me. All in all I highly recommend this place.
It’s always a delight to visit La Cocina. After dinner, it was said, “They never disappoint.” The authentic Mexican street food is fantastic, and the beans are outstanding. The facilities are clean, and the staff is friendly. It’s definitely worth your time to give them a try.

You will not be disappointed! Legit Mexican food; delicious and fresh and flavorful. We come here every time we’re in town. All the different types of meat available for the tacos are amazing, try them all! Best restaurant in town!
