While staying in La Laguna we visited this eating place. We had been searching for somewhere that was informal and where we hoped they would have a smattering of English so we would not look too stupid. An English translation outside grew us in. I am so glad we visited. The waitress was so helpful and the food, mainly croquettes, was very tasty. We also has padron peppers, which is a real treat, and the salad was exceptional. The place seems to be full of locals, which is a good sign, and it is unpretentious and really friendly. We would recommend it without reservation. Great food and great value for an informal meal.
The waitresses were so lovely and attentive. I am vegan and they suggested foods I could eat and were more than happy to accomodate for me. 100% I would go back again! I think the only thing they could improve is that they do not have vegan desserts. My family is not vegan and loved both vegan and non vegan foods. I totally recommend the mushrooms with avocado chimichurri. It was super tasty.
Pedimos un poco de todo, unos tomates con aguacate, croquetas varias lo más que nos gustó , de comer secreto de cerdo fue lo menos que nos gustó , los postres, tarta de galleta con café y tarta de polvito uruguayo , caseros y muy buenos la verdad, también una copa de vino tinto canario Mencey de Chasna. La verdad nos ha sorprendido el sitio, volveremos sin duda.!!
Can’t leave Spain without trying croquettes and this is the definitely the place to do so. Pick your favorite combination they are all delicious. Our favorites were the jamon serrano. Also make sure to pair with a bottle of Marba Vino tinto! (Local wine, ended up going to winery to grab bottles to bring back to the states)

Nos pareció original un bar restaurante que se destacará por su producto estrella, como son las croquetas y de buen gusto, entramos y acertamos ya que comimos buenas croquetas, variadas y recién hechas acompañadas de cerveza. El servicio amable y atento.
Todo perfecto, fuimos a tomarnos la famosa croqueta de chocolate y una delicia con nata y helado de vainilla (a nuestro gusto faltó un poco más de helado). Todo lo demás de 10 tanto la comida como el servicio
Croquetas de pescado, vegetarianas, de carne o de queso. También puedes mezclar al gusto. ¡Son deliciosos! Además hay otros platos para probar. Aconsejado
Buena comida y buen servicio! Tenía tres mini hamburguesas y el curry tailandés. Este increíble pastel y una tarta de queso para acompañar a la cama.
