Estuvimos comiendo el 7 de julio en este restaurante. El trato fue genial desde el principio hasta el final. Nos encantó el detalle de los aperitivos en la cocina. Empiezas con un nivel culinario alto que no te abandona hasta el final. Se nota que es un menú muy cuidado, equilibrado y muy pensado. Cada uno de los platos te sorprende y se nota que estan elaborados con cariño. Recomiendo que la experiencia se haga con maridaje, es otro nivel. El somelier tambien estaba a la altura. Para terminar nos invitaron a una copa en la Nueva Barra, que está genial como fin de fiesta. Felicitamos a Jose Alvarez por mantener ese nivel durante tantos años y recomendamos la experiencia. We ordered two coffees and two of the toasts recommended by the waitress, four local people at the bar, it took them about 10 minutes to bring a coffee first. The second coffee arrived 5 minutes after bringing the first one and because my wife got up from the table and was sitting on the bar. No one noticed that the coffee was there. After another 10 'they brought a single piece of toast and the other was not even working. Total that more than 25 'for two coffees and a toast that we did not consume.
