6 June 2017Very good reception, nice evening with family, the service is very correct, the plates well presented and especially well cooked dishes 3 menus to 32€ and 1 to 38€ , very good value price(small precision: we were welcomed while on Monday evening the restaurant is closed except to the hotel's customers, it is with surprise that we discovered that the apprentice is up to the road and that it will make it
pretty room, rustic/modern decoration, the boss's son at the service. He is very enthusiastic and loves his profession. I think we have to let their marks take before writing a thorough opinion, but the meat was excellent, and the foie gras very good. They took the case a few months ago, but I'm not sure their cook is up to their establishment, it's a bit of a shame because the young boss is so full of goodwill.
We stopped at around eight o’clock last Wednesday evening for dinner at this hotel which we last visited a few years ago. We enjoyed a very good meal and an excellent bottle of wine served with efficiency and friendliness on the pretty terrace behind the hotel. A REVIEW OF THIS HOTEL posted yesterday was meant for a hotel in REIMS and was made in error. Sorry for any confusion!
We often pass through Jougne on our way to Italy. While starting to look for a hotel close to the Swiss border on the French side, we got the last room available. The room was a three bedroom suite, with a matrimonial bed on the front side of the hotel and a single bed at the rear. The hotel has a nice garden. My mother and I had taken from the top of chickens with mushrooms and bacon, we are disappointed, too seasoned( pepper or I don't know what)? a taste that was in the mouth. but the others had fish, nothing to say. reception and service very well. cleanliness and decor, too. It's a shame, it ruined us the end of the meal.
tested twice (noon and evening) since the owner change. Always as good cuisine, and good service. After an acclimatization phase, we were able to notice that service is improved. Apart from these few remarks, nothing has reverberated.Patron very understanding, and listens.We will come back.
A quick lunch here in their back garden was just right as we passed west towards Troyes.We all had salads , which were good. The charming waiter suggested a half bottle of Jura Chardonnay, which was corked, but my companions did not notice !
