JE DÉCONSEILLE vivement cette ADRESSE. L'accueil a été peu chaleureux dès notre arrivée. Lors de la prise de commande, nous avons dû répéter plusieurs fois nos demandes. Au moment du service, le serveur a renversé une partie de la boisson sur la table tout en marmonnant, sans véritable excuse ni attention particulière. Concernant la qualité, les produits ne nous ont pas satisfaits. Le diabolo servi ne semblait pas frais et les plats étaient décevants au point d'être difficilement consommables. L'ensemble de l'expérience a été marqué par un manque de professionnalisme et un service client que je juge inacceptable. C'est regrettable, car un accueil et une meilleure attention portée aux clients...
Très déçu. Il faisait très chaud ce jour là. Nous commandons un monaco et une bière blanche. 1- on reçoit une bière blonde au lieu d'une blanche 2- le monaco n'est pas du tout frais 3- les boissons arrivent en même temps que les plats alors qu'on aurait préféré se désaltérer et se rafraîchir avant. 4- le service est très long 5- les clients arrivés après nous sont servi avant. 6- les serveuses préfèrent débarrasser les tables pour refaire un service plutôt que de servir les clients déjà à table. Conclusion on voulait également un dessert mais nous sommes allés ailleurs.
