A boss with deplorable behavior... She created a very uncomfortable atmosphere by openly reprimanding the waitress who asked her for help with a bill. From discomfort, we moved to dismay after the boss allowed herself to show impatience and unpleasant thoughts towards us. (However, we are discreet and smiling customers, we have at no time been derogatory or insistent to obtain our rating). A little kindness, calm and restraint, like the waitress, would have been welcome on your part. PS: I'm not in the habit of leaving comments, it's to tell you to what extent your inappropriate behavior has left us with a certain bitterness.
