Your menu mentions an allergen list, but they couldn't find it. The server knew whether the objects had gluten or not, and only a few things did (the croquettes, chicarones.) We had the Canarian potatoes, mixed salad, cheese palmmeero and pig especial de la cuadra. Make sure you have celiac and need everything to be gluten-free.
