La Cuchara de San Telmo

I hadn't been there again for a few years. So I thought it was great. I wanted to surprise some Valencian friends and it was disappointing. Heat inside with everyone crowded together and a lot of noise. Complicated to ask for something. An absolute entropy. At that time, several of the dishes offered were no longer available. We were eating in the hallway, avoiding the people who passed by incessantly. Of the four dishes chosen, two (foie and roll) were ok and the other two (octopus and clams) were not liked. My friends were very disenchanted (it could be seen in their faces). Excessive prices. Designed for foreign tourists? I don't know, I guess not because anyone being there would feel unc...

The food here is the best I have had in Spain. It's always busy, so you will have to elbow your way in and eat standing like most people here, but so worth it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Rude waiter, saw us sitting and assumed something and asked us to leave so he can have enough seats for a table with multiple people. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
