That was a very nice restaurant. The service was excellent. The food as a whole was excellent, but not even. The 2 appetizers we got were amazing, great flavors and great size, I definitely recommend the Burrata. For the most important courses, the children's options were good. We had their specialty that was a kind of seafood pasta that was excellent, but for the price I am less convinced. The Vongole was disappointing, I could not taste basil, garlic or lemon and it was a fairly small part. I feel for the price the restaurant would work well if BYOB'ing, but it was quite expensive for a standard family meal. Recommended (except for the Vongole) for a nice meal with BYOB, and it worked well...
My husband’s beef ragu was good, but the fettuccine la cucina was very salty. I felt like i was eating salt. My server was extremely nice and accommodating. He took my dish back to the kitchen to make it less salty. Still, I wish it was as good as my husband’s. It was a Friday night, my appetizer took 25mins to come out but they were very good and pretty. They gave 2 of us exactly 3 thin slices of bread, not sure why.
Excellent service and food! Very friendly. Can't beat the ambience of this culinary experience! And no loud music! We went after work an early light dinner – perhaps one of their salads. Finishing up order a calfse and meatball with pasta. Still ordered the fantastic beet salad with Arugula. Next week for lunch. My husband called it now. Al fresco is available on request. BYOB
I love coming to La Cucina however this time I had to actually ask the waitress if we could order dinner. She then proceeded to tell us she wasn’t our waitress. We told her she opened our wine and told us the specials, she insisted she didn’t , however then did take our order. I know the place was busy but being rude is not good business or being inattentive.
We love this restaurant. They know how to prepare Gluten Free and the food is delicious. Other server was great too! Chopani, Chilean Seabass, short rib, branzini, for dessert we had blackout cake, Limoncello cake, lave cake and blueberry sorbet. Delicious!
Amazing food and service. The shrimp asparagus Risotto was the best. And the homemade Tiramisu will be in my dreams until the next chance to visit this wonderful restaurant. Also the best server. So helpful and attentive.
Excellent food, service and kindness! Like home. The meatballs were to die and the pasta was the same. Will come back regularly - now I go to the Italian place!
Hostess was not so friendly, had a bit of an attitude. Wait staff and food was spectacular.
