Booked this restaurant and were greeted by indifferent staff. The restaurant is delightfully and differently decorated and established a pleasant environment. The meal was a shared salad starter, two main courses, no desserts, 2 x 0.5 l still water and 2 x 250 ml Coca...Cola, 1 coffee and 1 infusion, which cost 54 euros. The goats cheese on the salad was well caramelised and the leaves were added to by sufficient dried and fresh fruit and nuts typical of any/most restaurants locally. The Thai style vegetables were served soft/stewed and were covered in a thick dark coloured sauce in which there was no discernible Thai flavour. The salmon was cooked perfectly. excellent restaurant. has a menu with dishes very well prepared and different to the common in most places. Moreover, the waiter who served us showed a great professionalism explaining how each of the dishes is made, which made us decide quickly with an exquisite selection of dishes. We booked in this restaurant because we wanted to try the cigala lid they had proposed, and although with a small change in the proposal it was very rickety. We will certainly return, since the letter is very varied. It is advisable to go through there. I leave you some photos of the dishes and the price of what we take. Our first visit this year we decided to take a friend as we had always experienced exellent food and service on our previuos visits, once again we were not disappointed starting with a amuse bouche of patato wrapped black pudding with warm mini rolls, for...starters we shared octopus and home made croquettes. Sunday lunch at this small but busy restaurant was a treat. The menu was out of the ordinary with Spanish dishes given an Asian twist. The food was beautifully cooked and presented. Attentive service and an excellent house red, will definitely visit again.
Rica y deliciosa comida mediterránea y tradicional en la playa de Gandía. Recetas elaboradas con buen género: fresco y de calidad insuperable. Me gustó la creatividad y el riesgo en innovar con variedad de platos.
