By the way to Thonon, I discovered this foodtruck by chance and the surprise was at the rendezvous. A warm welcome by Olivier who puts heart and passion in his kitchen, I did not know the low temperature cooking yet but today I became a follower, a shame that I am not from the region! Super concept of cooked meats and vegetables at low temperature. I tested turkey, pork and beef as well as carrots and it was simply delicious! The portions are generous, the very reasonable price and the very nice boss! And besides it is healthy and the products are local, I obviously recommend warmly and return to it regularly.
I always like to stop by coming home or going to Annemasse to take a good little dish in La Cuisson Douce. It is practical, tasty and cooked with beautiful products. We had the opportunity to discover Cuisine Douce recently, we loved with my companion, the idea of eating healthy and fast is just an idyllic wedding, the food is excellent and equals only the kindness and good mood of the manager Olivier! Bravo and I strongly advise.
Great surprise! As a family, we took Dinde, Poulet and Boeuf, in addition to carrots and rice and we enjoyed everything. Very special for beef anyway, really excellent. The ideal plan when you are in the middle of eating but you still want a healthy (and cheap) meal!
Just excellent. I did not know this style of cooking, meat and tender and melting, legumes full of flavor. We took for 3 people (2 adults, a teenager) 3 portions of meat and 2 season legumes which was more than enough. Think of ordering by phone.
