friend and I came across this place from a Google search from somewhere with vegan options (I was, he was not yet), and that was in juni 2018. best spaghetti I've ever had in my life. I've checked just to be sure it was actually vegan. I think this is about most they get from there regarding vegan options. but, as I said, it's crazy tasty, so I'm not doing anything. they also have great vegetarian options, there was a pumpkin gnocchi that I drooling for, but, unfortunately, not vegan. for all the eaters in their party, my friend had a very hearty pasta dish with meat in it, I think kalb, and he loved it. they also give dishes of limoncello with the scarf that was a) delicious and b) so sweet...
this restaurant was open only Wednesday to Sunday, but for me I am glad that my days coincided in rota. I was told by the workers that their pasta was made fresh and contained egg. I also asked about the broth, but they did not know the ingredients as they buy it from a local bakery. you could get a nice salate here, but with the honey. the atmosphere is wonderful and the personal is great. Edit: after a second visit, the personal seemed much more knowledgeable and recommend a pasta that is not freshened and does not contain any egg like the other pastas.
I went here and they said they have no vegan options except pasta with spaghetti sauce. they apologised and explained everything well. many vegetarian options updated by previous review on 2021-08-08
