Long story short, this bad excuse for a human being treats his employees, specially women, like garbage and to top it off, he steals for himself the customer 's tips, of which none of the personnel gets to see a single cent. He 's also well known in Salento for the awful way he treats people who doesn 't agree with his managing methods. Definitely, not recommended at all.
