This warm and friendly, small Iberican café bar was very close to the apartment we stayed over the weekend of WOMAD in early May. They were very busy but very friendly and serve a most excellent Desayunas Iberico (Iberican breakfast) for a great price. Plus, they had soya milk! The jamon iberico carving skills of the proprietor are a form of art and, even for the half hearted meat eater, the toasted bread rolls, local tomato paste with slices of the delicious jamon iberico, with orange juice and coffee (they have soya milk) were a great start to the day. didn 't eat in the even there but looks lovely.
Happened by chance on this small place on our way to the old centre. The Red tuna caught our eye on the menu because of dietary problems. Nothing was too much trouble to simply grill with a plain salad. The chicken stroganoff was delicious too. Homemade flan to finish. Very friendly hosts. If snails are your thing they're on the menu too and seemed very popular. Small area outside being hampered by roadworks at the moment. Certainly be visiting again.
I think it's great that these people are doing great with their terrace. They had a very bad time with the works of the staircase. They also have very good food and they are some hardworking workers. for me a place to take a little beer to the request.
Tender beautifully cooked tender solomillo of pork with torta del casar (local speciality cheese) Friendly service in this cosy bar near the main car park in the town. Highly recommended.

forced stop if you go to caceres. good tapas, good rations and quality food. Sandra, her owner, as well as all the staff are exceptional. As long as we come to caceres, we're back.
better than expected the truth, it was caceres up and it was not our first choice. We ate quite well, to highlight the sausage we take as an incoming. the right attention.
a good place to eat at an economic price without giving up an acceptable quality. the ham is very good and the attention received excellent.
The food is fine, the prices are normal for cacers. regular service, you can't wait minutes for an account, after asking for it sometimes.
