In my opinion, the best way to gauge the quality of a Cuban ice cream shop is by its black bean soup, which should be made from scratch with a well-balanced mix of affordable and fresh ingredients. Unfortunately, I can't confirm that this restaurant prepares its black bean soup from scratch. Additionally, they offer an incredibly poor-quality red wine as their house wine, served in large bottles. You might find yourself paying twice the price of an entire bottle just for a glass. I can only recommend this place if you happen to be in the area and don’t have many dining options in this relatively isolated industrial part of Miami.
