We can't say we're going to the restaurant, but rather live an experience! The Fabrik is for us who are from the region the ideal place to eat extremely well and spend a good time! Tried the beef fondue, and fish risotto. Both are ok. The beef fondue, they will give you a hot pot filled with oil, and you’ll deep fried the beef on the pot. It’s a quite unique experience, worth a try for the first timer. But I have to say they have the best fries ever. The beef fondue comes with fries and salad. Fish risotto just normal, the taste can be better.
