La Fabrique - Tisch resevieren

A nice surprise held by two very kind people. A simple menu and good dishes. I especially liked dessert, an apple/noix pie. So it's less typical than the dish but it was really good, with a dough that deserves to come back. The plus: a small library well provided. And finally special mention to the manager's beard: I have very rarely seen a beard so perfectly maintained!

Very good cuisine, simple, good products and very affordable prices. Beers of local good poison microbrasserie are offered and marry wonderfully. Welcome and very courteous service, I recommend.
