Good address with homemade products. Just a small downside on the taste of the mushrooms which in our opinion are rehidrates, which is a shame given the season and the region. But good, hearty plate and very tender meat. I am very, very far from being an expert in mushrooms, on the other hand all cooking experts use fresh seasonal products when they are available and change the menu when they are no longer available.
