A good evening once again, the whole team is in little care. cooks have excellent mastery of their passion, it feels in the selection and preparation of their products. the waitress is soft and gentle, the former cook who replaces the retirement server is of an excellent service. The girl from the garden is now our favorite address! I'd love to see you when we get back to the troyes. Thanks to the team, you're sure!
Beautiful address, she would deserve a 10-star. We took a salmon tartare and rillettes in the entrance, a tartare beef and a bead poultry in the main dish. the freshness of the products is undeniable, each bite was a treatise and the presentation is very careful. special mention to the servers and especially to the one who was the former cook, whose reception and diligence marked us a lot. Thank you a thousand times for this exquisite moment, we will return!
