20years and still counting this is my favourite Restaurant in the surrounding area never had a bad meal. visited twice last week had quite a selection Salad which you can have petit as a starter or Large as a main, followed by Steak no room for a sweet second time Scallops in an mushroom, Onion & Cream sauce and Black Pudding for a main lovely.Great Wine and beer selection plus you can have galettes and creps, crème Brule, very friendly and efficient staff hope to be able to visit for many more years.

First night in Dol De Bretagne, we had a lovely meal here, set 3 course menu rustic menu at €14.50, the food was very good, although the service could have been a little better, overall I was very happy with this place. The restaurant was very busy as this was a Saturday and I would certainly recommend this place.

La Flambée offers solid food and service in a pleasant atmosphere. We had a galette, grilled duck with seared foie gras, and cassoulet, all very well prepared. The galette and duck were both gluten free. Prices were reasonable, and we'd definitely eat here again. Merci beaucoup pour le bon service!

Really enjoyed latest visit following an absence of several years, still as good as I remembered. Galettes were first class with lots of filling, I had sausage and my wife had duck followed by crepes normande swimming in calvados. Only disappointment the house rose which was tasteless.

Great TripAdvisor find, away from the main tourist area. Friendly staff, excellent service. Food did not disappoint either. Fantastic value.
