Hello, It's been about 10 years since we came to this restaurant with a typical and warm setting. But last night, big trouble. Apart from a very friendly waiter, we felt that those who served us did not want to be there. Regarding the dishes: we find here the same map, but the portions were congruous, we were obliged to ask again (fortunately, not billed as an extra charge). For the parade, the portions were limited, but the accompaniments (crozets and salads), we felt like we had a doll service. To conclude, we don't know if we're going to go back this season. My family and I visited this restaurant twice on our journey. Unfortunately, both of the times were horrible. The all of the staff (except from the waitress) act very unprofessional and unfriendly. The waiting time was unreasonably long. Moreover, I ordered beef Florentine with medium level of doneness. What I got was rare meat and I were not able to eat. After asking for a bit of cooking so it will be medium as I ordered, a waiter (or a manager) took my plate and return it with the same rare meat as before under some dark sauce so it will not look raw. Overall, we had a very poor experience and do not recommend this place to anyone.
Restaurant that probably changed ownership, and the quality of products and service with. He kept the name and the place but it’s not at all the same restaurant! Forget salads, entries and desserts is excessively expensive and frankly bad. For savoyard specialties, the quality has dropped, and the quantities too! we took a fondu for 2, we were still hungry after finishing it... We feel like we're getting caught all the way through dinner. For the service, we ask for a bottle of wine and we get the wrong one. Never seen. The only thing that has not changed is the prices that are still very high. Rarely seen such a scam.
Great experience with Hugo our server at the restaurant la kouisena. Typical savoy decoration, a warm welcome at the corner of the fireplace. Excellent dishes (for us: fondue 3 cheeses, tartiflette and homemade child menu... In dessert an exceptional Tatin pie that is worth waiting for the 12 min on the map) very good advice from Hugo on the dishes to choose. I recommend the experience

The fondue is very good but the charcuterie charged €10 per person is clearly not artisanal but industrial. Too bad.
