Very good restaurant where we stop systematically during our holiday on the island. We recommend it for fresh products worked by the chef, quick and efficient service, and location (in a quiet way to the marina). We have enjoyed ourselves, adults and children. What I particularly appreciate is the different proposal for the child menu (for us, merlu accompanied by skipped potatoes and small vegetables). Dogs are allowed. Prices seem to be consistent with the quality of fresh products. For us, €90 for 4 (including aperitif and coffee, no wine). Remember to book your table all the more because there is only one service.
Service according to the customer the good pieces are reserved to the accusers personally I ate half cold a piece of merlu tail while the people behind me and served 15 minutes after we had beautiful pieces. The peel was dry, the purée half crushed with potato and half purée. The price 34 euros is not worth what we eat. Le restaurant La Fleur de Thym était anciennement le Quai 17. Ce nouveau propriétaire a su mettre à la fois le personnel dans une excellente ambiance et les produits nouveaux de qualité à la carte. De retour sur l'île d'Oléron en 2024, nous avons très apprécié l'organisation mise en place et la saveur des produits proposés aux clients. Je recommande cette enseigne Lafleur Dethym
Très bonne cuisine. Le service est impeccable, les serveurs à l'écoute. Problème d'allergie, le serveur a été à l'écoute et s'est renseigné en cuisine. Merci pour votre sérieux et bienveillance. On July 5, birthday dinner. Excellent formula at 30€ : entrance, dish, dessert. Ingredients that you do not eat every day, cooked with a lot of know-how, harmony. Marinated handle with Asian sauce: a feast of flavors. Pavé de merlu with its vegetables, virgin sauce. Enter the lemon. A treat for taste buds, from entry to dessert.

Very good reception. The dishes and the entrances are good. They are also well presented. Good location on the port: sunny and safe wind. Prices are reasonable. An entry and flat formula at 23 €. Good value for money. To be recommended.
