We had a tasting at the Valdelana winery and at the end of the day, we saw this restaurant next door. It is a subterrneo place where they serve a pair of palletsimos. The dining room is a bit claustrofbico but charming. We were two and wanted to try several things, so one asked a man to include veal entrecot and tuna ventrestca salad and peppers (riqusimo as a red wine jar and a bottle of water for one the rice dessert with homemade milk, very good. we also ate trigueros sparages with mango and secret ibrico. good price of relacin quality.
that I have eaten well, beans with chorizo and cod to the spectacular rioja, and cheese dessert of the level of the previous dishes. on the recommendation a wine from a winery that I did not know and that has surprised me. all served with professionalism and kindness. if you are seeing wineries around the area, it is a mandatory stop.
We have spent at parties on April 16th, being in parties not to stop entering/going people...Our idea is to bite some kind of tapas for dinner, but seeing the hustle we had would be doubts...Well, both the service, and the product was perfect and therefore it was only left to congratulate the team/cocina for the well done work.
