Beyond the absence of a Waouh effect that is legitimately expected for an establishment of this standing, A redundancy in culinary techniques with the emulsion used in 3 leaves dubitative dishes. We could still put this on the account of a assumed identity but a piece of lamb, half of which is fat and a dessert where tangerines were frozen are absolutely not at the expected level. Fortunately the service is professionally insured to compensate for these difficulties in the kitchen and the frame is very pleasant. Given the rise of the menu prices on 2021, the bar is all the higher...
First experience at the Fourchette des Ducs, a magnificent table at the feet of the fire, just sumptuous dishes as much at the gustative and visual level! We have spent a great time my companion and I and advise this experience to all those who wish to discover the Alsatian terroir revisited by the chef. A real pleasure and treat, I look forward to going back!
De passage en Alsace pour quelques jours, nous avons découvert cette table. Nous avons passé une très agréable soirée. Le menu végétal nous a fait redécouvrir de beaux légumes savoureux, comme la betterave et les petits pois, sublimés. La carte des vins Alsaciens offre un grand choix. Du très haut niveau. Le service est également remarquable.
