A disappointment for this tasting of the Free Emotion menu within a 2-star Michelin guide offered to my parents. Beyond the absence of a Waouh effect that is legitimately expected for an establishment of this standing, A redundancy in culinary techniques with the emulsion used in 3 leaves dubitative dishes. We could still put this on the account of a assumed identity but a piece of lamb, half of which is fat and a dessert where tangerines were frozen are absolutely not at the expected level. Fortunately the service is professionally insured to compensate for these difficulties in the kitchen and the frame is very pleasant. Given the rise of the menu prices on 2021, the bar is all the higher...

I had the opportunity this evening to renew my experience at La Fourchette des Ducs, 2 years ago, we went to eat between colleague, happy spring, I decided to take my wife. We both took the menu free of emotion, a real gastronomic pleasure, the dishes are mastered and the atmosphere in very pleasant room. I'll be back with pleasure.

Another great time at the table tonight! Excellent vegetable terroir menu! In addition, the sommelier was able to give the 3 glasses of wines to the dishes. The service is serious and the staff is very professional. Bravo to Serge and Nicolas and their entire team. We warmly recommend.
