La Friterie Sinoise Frederic

Unfortunately, my experience at La Friterie Sinoise was really disappointing. I tried the fries and I have to say they are the worst I have ever tasted in my life. The taste was really odd, almost artificial, and it looked like they had been cooked in motor oil instead of the proper cooking oil or grease like they do here in the north. As soon as I tasted the first fry, I immediately felt an unpleasant and uninviting aftertaste. I tried to ignore that feeling hoping it would get better, but unfortunately it didn't. The fries seemed to be low quality, overcooked and frankly unappetizing. Besides the questionable taste, the presentation of the fries left a lot to be desired. They were too dark...

Despite a remark on the aspect of the fries already well cooked and withered on the first cooking (can be cooked the day before) no effort was made on the part of the cook. Now I know why there is no one there anymore. After having discussed with the boss to understand I found myself faced with a wall. Too bad they would have to question themselves. Former customer of the previous owners.

as a worker, there remains a good fry when ordering a fair-signed fries if you want them to be white or golden
