Beware of the prices they add a 15 percentage gratuity for pick up I noticed that on the receipt after I tip on top of that some of the items on the menu come what it looks in the picture they charge me extra for a item that was already in the picture which comes with the food is ridiculously priced. It seems to me that they are very unfair in charging the 15% service charge if I bought to go and when they are closing it is not fair, I know that apart from that I have to pay tax so I went for 2 sighs a miloja and a cheese bread $32.79 for the service charge of 15% plus taxes, in reality the bill is that because I actually spent $22 and I don't think it's up to me to pay but I don't want them to play with my money so shamelessly I see that there is a lot of review about this but anyway I will place it because the more we are, the more weight is placed in the review, what pain, it made others sad
This business is FORCING people to leave tip to their servers by including a hidden fee on their tabs called service fee of 15% when tip in the USA has been always known to be AT SOLELY DISCRETION of the customers. They have a sign that can be barely seen by customers, so customers that aren 't aware of this practice, and can not see their small sign are prompt to leave double tip. This should be illegal and business should be prohibited from doing this.
Expensive and not all the servers are very cordial they have a very bad attitude I understand put my order to go but she immediately turn her back so I ask another lady if can get my pastry while I wait for my food and she at like she was bothered for my request...Food is expensive as well and dealing with attitude not fun...is a shame honestly Also they charge a extra 15% Service charge..

Very simple, I still can't understand why they charge 15% service fee when ordering takeout? Or why? In other words, an empanada costs more than 44 dollars, I think they are the most expensive empanadas in all of Orlando, a family that is going to eat only empanadas is going to spend an easy $100!! So think carefully and above all prepare your wallet if you want to eat here
Unfortunately you have to give stars, I gave them one because otherwise I can't give an opinion. The service is super bad, terrible would be a decent word to describe it, we must pass the broom and hire new personnel capable of providing good service to the public. I don't recommend it at all.
It's a super expensive place. The relationship between what you pay and what you get is not good. They charge you a 15% tip if you buy to go. It is illegal. Never ask you about it
