We came on Tuesday night. Nobody in the restaurant, but it didn't hurt us. The waiter was welcoming and took our coats on arrival. We had a drink in aperitif a house cocktail with cream and raspberry syrup it seems to me, it was very good. We've had little amuse-gauges (palm gougs with anchovies?? Very good too. In the entrance I took the specialty, the 12-hour salmon that looked like half raw salmon, half smoked salmon in the form of small paved that were delicious. Mr took some rusty eggs with pink shrimp and it was excellent. In the dish I took a Sole and it was accompanied by a homemade purée and mama it was too good!
