What a huge disappointment. Together with friend we are foodies and really can appreciate different tastes, ingredients and treat food seriously. We had a chance to eat in various places both Michelin stars and just basic bars. We were genuinely excited about the dinner and… uh, I cannot find the words to describe how awful and disappointing this experience was. Literally first time in my life I wanted to leave the restaurant and at the same time felt forced to stay in because of the pressure around. We were fortunate to get a (very! late booking, which turned out to be the last available table on the last night the restaurant was open for the 2023 season. Naturally I was expecting good things but I kept reading reviews raving about the excellent service, rather than the impressive tasting menu and wine pairings, which struck me as odd... You go to a nice restaurant for the culinary experience right, not to make friends. Well... After 6hrs at the table, which flew by with the SUPER friendly and attentative staff, and a full belly of incredible food and wine... The impact of good service was very clear. I can't recommend this place highly enough if you're in Ibiza and have the opportunity...
La experiencia en La Gaia, con su nuevo menú Posidonia, es simplemente sublime. Cada plato es una obra maestra de la creatividad y la técnica culinaria, con ingredientes cuidadosamente seleccionados que resaltan los sabores más auténticos. Desde el primer bocado hasta el último, cada momento es un deleite para los sentidos. La combinación de sabores y texturas es exquisita, y el servicio impecable complementa perfectamente la experiencia gastronómica. Sin duda, una experiencia que supera todas las expectativas y que nos deja con ganas de volver una y otra vez para descubrir más del arte culinario del chef Oscar Molina.
Estuvimos cenando ahí con unos amigos y es el primer estrella Michelin que se adapta sin perder calidad a mi incapacidad de tomar gluten y lácteos. La mayor parte de los platos estaban exquisitos aunque el servicio fue exageradamente largo; entramos a las 20:30 y salimos a las 00:30. Los camareros fueron encantadores, divertidos incluso. This was by far my best dining experience, EVER. We came here for my boyfriend’s birthday celebration. the staff waiters were fluent in English and brought us on a journey with the menu. The tasting menu is fantastic. We both were so full, couldn’t even finish the dessert so we brought it was takeaway. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone coming to Ibiza. I’m looking forward to dining with them again next time I’m in town
Obviamente, este tipo de experiencias no son baratas, pero el servicio y la experiencia gastronómica estuvieron a la altura de los mejores lugares de 2 estrellas en los que he estado. ¡¡Hicieron que mi cumpleaños fuera muy especial!! Un cálido agradecimiento a todos ustedes. Además, como celíaco, mi versión especial sin gluten del menú degustación fue excelente.
Honestamente puedo decir que fue una de las mejores experiencias en restaurantes que he tenido. El servicio de principio a fin fue ejemplar. Te hicieron sentir bienvenido y tranquilo durante toda la experiencia. Marta, Frankie, Amir y Nicolas estuvieron fantásticos, ¡no puedo elogiarlos lo suficiente! ¡Que experiencia!
Creativo, auténtico, sin complicaciones. Equipo joven, amable y profesional. Grandes vinos. La recomendación del vino se adaptaba a nuestro gusto al 100%.
