Dans la Drôme, nous avions une envie de ravioles mais au milieu de l’après-midi, cuisine fermée et ce n’est pas surprenant. Pour avoir quelque chose de chaud et salé, le patron, très accueillant, nous propose des « crusti coques »…Késako ? C’est un plat entre pizza et tartine. On est plus dans le local, c’est espagnol ! Belle découverte et originalité avec son plateau et son « outil » de découpe spécifique à la place de couverts traditionnels.
