La Gare - Tisch resevieren

My husband I visited this restaurant this evening with our 20 month old toddler. We have previously stayed in Etoges and and have been very impressed with service and quality of food. We were booked in by our Air BNB host, and had confidence...that we would be enjoying a lovely meal with friendly staff. Tonight however, unfortunately was a very different story. I am vegetarian and expressed this at the start of the meal prior to ordering. I was told I would be getting 'vegetables '. I was met by a very hostile waitress (did not catch her name, but short blonde hair who basically told me that I was ordering vegetable and did it matter what sauce or accompaniments would come with it? Un diner entre amis sur la terrasse ombragée un soir de printemps chaud, quoi de mieux ! Le menu à 26 € était parfait, des produits d'excellente qualité et très bien cuisinés.Petit bémol et non des moindres qu'il serait bon de corriger : l'amabilité de la patronne un brin sarcastique lorsque mon amie a demandé des explications sur un plat (désolée madame là vous n'étiez pas très pro), et qui nous a paru inélégante lorsque au moment de régler l'addition elle arrondit la somme individuelle que nous lui devions (du jamais vu encore...). Bref.... encore une à qui je conseillerai bien d'aller voir ailleurs ce qui se pratique histoire d'améliorer son service. Sinon pour la région c'est très correc...

Nous sommes allés prendre un diner dans ce restaurant pour la 3ème fois.La qualité était chaque fois au rendez-vous. Une carte simple, pas trop fournie, mais de qualité.L'accueil par la patronne est parfait et le service rapide et efficace.De plus, un très bon rapport qualité/prix.,

Excellent principe ayant déjà fait ses preuves... Produits frais et uniquement de saison, carte courte et changeant régulièrement, préparation minute....Que du bon et du frais !!!!Seul hic, pensez à réserver, c'est très souvent complet !!! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Very warm welcome from Nadège, Aurore, no....Laura. We came back from the Champagne...from a table...facile. Cooking fries, just perfect for Belgians we are. Romain promised to come back.

great local restaurant. the 3-course menu with 3 choices per meal. large collection of grand cru champagner. make sure to reserve table.

we have made a reservation by post, but the dame did not find it. she was very unfriendly, borderline aggressive and threw us out!
