Everything is exceptional in this restaurant. The dishes are offered according to the season with an exceptional quality of food from the region. To highlight the cooking points, the authentic flavors without superfluous sauces, the perfect presentation of each dish. The ribs cooked for 15 hours at a low temperature and grilled are simply incredible, tender and tasty. I recommend the dessert: white chocolate soup with a contrast of ice cream and violet meringue or the mel y mato with hazelnut foam, something out of the ordinary.
