Literally the worse customer service I've ever seen. Me and my coworker went in to order food. The first girl placed a to go order on the counter, looked us right in the face and turned and walked away. The 2nd girl did the same. We were not greeted and very unfriendly. I thought it was a race thing until I saw another pick up his order and it was totally wrong. No apology or anything. Very unfriendly place. I threw my good away worried that they did something to it. NEVER GO THERE
I really enjoy their food, but I wish the staff were a bit friendlier. Sometimes, it feels like they stare at you strangely when you try to engage with them. The customer service could use some improvement. As for parking, the lot is quite small and located just off the main road in Creve Coeur, which makes it a bit challenging. Despite these issues, I genuinely love the restaurant and am just offering some constructive feedback about the staff.
I visited the restaurant on a Wednesday evening and was impressed by the quality of the food—it was delicious, generous in portion, and served piping hot in no time. The unique decorations added a wonderful touch to the atmosphere. The dining area is a bit small, which wasn't an issue for us, but it could become a concern when the place gets busy. They also excel at takeout service! Overall, it was a great dining experience for dinner.
WHAT HAPPENED?!? I grew up on La Gondola in Decatur, and usually the other locations have a similar taste but this location missed the mark. The meatballs were half the size they have always been, and they had a weird taste to them. The garlic bread was good as usual. The little girl that answered the phone was extremely rude. I simply asked for 2 subs and a grilled cheese. She huffed and puffed and told me to hold on. Took 2 minutes and replied what else. I will never support this place again. **** poor customer service will get ya shut down. Ill drive to pekin from now on.

The food was excellent, but it comes at a high price. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5.

"TERRIBLE Service. If we hadn't left vegetables or sofrita?s when we went, what was not much to us, we treated it, but then when I eat, I eat a piece of chicken (I?m vegetarian of 3 years) and find a HUGE piece of steak in my bowl. Disgusting."
